What is an original work of art?
An original work of art is the original oil painting, painted by Stan Robinson. It comes framed and
ready to hang on your wall. The frame is selected by Stan and is chosen for its asthetic compliment to the painting.
What is an art print?
An open edition art print is a reproduction of the original painting. The process uses archival materials and
inks to reproduce a very high quality print. When ordering prints the customer has the option of adding a frame and
substrate that will fit their needs and design aesthetics.
Are commissioned paintings available?
Yes, if you are interested in a commissioned painting just let us know and we can discuss the details.
How do I care for my art work?
All originals and prints are sealed and varnished for long lasting quality.
Hang your art work where it is not exposed to direct sun light, or in an area prone to moisture, as this could reduce the quality of the art over time.
Give it a light dusting as needed.
Is online ordering safe?
Your credit card transactions are safe, as we use SSL (secure sockets layer) which encrypts your credit card information.
The industry standard encryptioins technologies are used when transferring and receiving data.
If you are not comfortable using a credit card please contat us and we can arrange payment options.
We have two shipping policies; one for originals and one for prints
What is our shipping policy for originals?
Shipping and packaging of originals are free within the U.S. except Alaska.
We will work with our international and Alaskan collectors for the best shipping rate possible.

How long will my artwork take to arrive?
Shipping times range from 3-9 days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
Originals shipping to the U.S. mainland or Hawaii are shipped within 3 days,
For those orders, we will email you when the package has shipped.
Fot orders shipping to Alaska or internationally, we will communicate through email on the best shiping options
available, and confirm with you the timeline for delivery.
What is our return policy and refund policy on originals?
We do not accepet returns, sales are final. Please contact us if you have any questions ragarding our policies.
If your shipment arrives damaged please let us know and we can arranage to resolve the issue.
What is our shipping policy for prints?
For prints - We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination.
Shipping times range from 2-9 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies -
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length
must be crated at an additional cost.
All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
•Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
•Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests -
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the
details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
What is your return policy on prints?
We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and
arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your
order number for further instructions.
